Who we Are
Yahland International Leadership Institute (YILI) is a global educational organization dedicated to developing leaders through rigorous, specialized academic programs. Founded on the principles of wisdom, clarity, and intellectual precision, YILI offers a diverse range of disciplines designed to prepare students for leadership in a complex and evolving world.
Our History
YILI began in London, England in 2000, emerging from a collective of scholars who met weekly to support each other's academic growth. Initially focused on Law, the group's scope expanded to Financial Services, eventually forming the foundation for formal education. In 2014, Counseling was introduced as a core discipline, followed by Herbal Medicine in 2015, which evolved into a Master’s degree program. In 2022, the institute was formally named Yahland International Leadership Institute, with the acronym YILI, derived from Chinese to symbolize logic, wisdom, and clarity.
